Illegal migration increases by 67% year-on-year in January-May

Ljubljana, 19 June - The number of illegal crossings of the border in the first five months of the year increased by 66.5% compared to the same period last year, a police report shows. The figure went from 2,590 at the end of May 2018 to 4,313 in the January-May period of this year. Most of the migrants came from Algeria, Morocco and Pakistan.
