Paper sees bank privatisation as loss of economic independence

Ljubljana, 21 June - Dnevnik describes the privatisation of banks, completed with the recent sale of Abanka, as a loss of economic independence for Slovenia, an outcome it traces to the period of transition and the "two decades of tycoonisation" that the state was unable or unwilling to stop.
