Primorske Novice disillusioned with arbitration

Koper, 29 June - Two years after the Permanent Court of Arbitration announced its decision on the border arbitration between Slovenia and Croatia, the newspaper Primorske Novice says that it has been two years since the illusion ended that law always wins and that it was stronger than politics.
