Dnevnik comments on EU top jobs deal

Ljubljana, 3 July - The newspaper Dnevnik comments on the likely new heads of the European Commission, Central Bank and the EU Council, agreed by EU leaders on Tuesday. It says the process was harder than five years ago. A fragmented parliament has proved a tough nut to crack on the way to reach a compromise for the appointments package.
