EU Court to hear Slovenia, Croatia's views on arbitration

Luxembourg, 5 July - The EU Court of Justice will hold an oral hearing in Luxembourg on Monday in a case that Slovenia has brought against Croatia due to its failure to implement the award of the border arbitration tribunal. Both sides will present their views, but a decision is not expected before autumn.
