A variety of workshops, lectures and one-on-one lessons will provide something for everybody: from the basics of jazz and advanced improvisation to group plays, composition and jazz theory.

The festival will also feature concerts by base player Linda Oh, pianist Fabian Almazan and singer Michael Mayo, while the entire team of mentors will also work on a project entitled A Different Point of View, their own take on classic jazz.

Apart from Oh, Almazan and Mayo, the team of mentors will also include trumpet player Jonathan Finlayson, saxophonist Tineke Postma, guitarist Lage Lund, drummer Roberto Pistolesi, composer and drummer Dre Hočevar and jazz singer Ana Čop.

Participants will be able to present their own work at an open stage, while each night a jam session will be held in the lobby of the Janez Trdina Cultural Centre.
