SDS, NSi challenge health services act in top court

Ljubljana, 11 July - The opposition Democrats (SDS) and New Slovenia (NSi) have decided to ask the Constitutional Court to review the health services act, especially the changes passed in 2017. A part of the changes has already been abolished after the Constitutional Court decided that private practitioners should not be restricted in how they use their profit.
