Commissioner candidate Lenarčič to push for strict observing of EU law

Ljubljana, 25 July - Slovenia's candidate for EU commissioner Janez Lenarčič told the parliamentary EU Affairs Committee on Thursday that if appointed EU commissioner he would strive for equal treatment of citizens from all EU members states, for the consistent observing of EU law, for the strengthening of the rule of law and of all values protected by it.
