Russian and Slovenian officials gather at Russian Chapel

Vršič, 27 July - More than a thousand people, including senior officials from Slovenia and Russia, are expected to turn out at the Russian Chapel below the Vršič mountain pass on Saturday for the annual ceremony honouring Russian prisoners of war who were killed by an avalanche while building a road during First World War.
