Finance sceptical about Slovenia's performance with new EU mechanism

Ljubljana, 30 July - The newspaper Finance wonders in its Tuesday's commentary how Slovenia will perform when it comes to the emerging Budgetary Instrument for Convergence and Competitiveness, but it is initially sceptical as it notes that Slovenia has problems in utilising the potential of the mechanisms offered by the EU.
