Pahor certain that border with Croatia will be implemented

Ljubljana, 31 July - President Borut Pahor posted a series of tweets on Wednesday, noting that an agreement was reached ten years ago today that led to the 2017 border arbitration award by the International Court of Arbitration. Despite Croatia's refusal to acknowledge the award, he believes that the award will be implemented sooner or later.
