Ljubljana, 28 August - It will be partly clear with cirrus clouds on Wednesday, with the possibility of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Morning lows will range from 12 to 18 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 26 to 30 degrees, up to 32 in the western region of Primorska.
