Paper fears arguments won't be decisive in NEK 2

Koper, 29 August - By endorsing a second reactor at Slovenia's only nuclear power station NEK, Prime Minister Marjan Šarec foremost wanted to test the public opinion and prepare the ground for a more serious debate on the issue, Primorske Novice says on Thursday.
