Geoplin takeover of Croatian Crodux gas segment given go-ahead
Zagreb, 1 October - The Croatian Competition Agency (AZTN) has given Slovenian gas wholesaler Geoplin a permission to go ahead with the takeover of the gas segment of Croatian energy company Crodux. After the completed takeover, Geoplin, Petrol's subsidiary, will hold an up to 10% market share in Croatia, said the agency.
