President not sure whether to push ahead with provinces

Rimske Toplice, 2 October - President Borut Pahor met mayors on Wednesday as part of a congress of Slovenian municipalities to see whether it was worth proceeding with establishing provinces. But mayors told him there was no doubt Slovenia needed them to decentralise and get a fresh development impetus.
