Quantity of municipal waste increasing, but so is its recycling rate
Ljubljana, 18 November - The Statistics Office has warned that the quantity of municipal waste generated in Slovenia is increasing, standing at 495 kilos per capita, which is 13% more than in 2014. However, the rate of recycled municipal waste was also up between 2014 and 2017 by 22 percentage points.
