Slovenia offers two aid coordination experts to Albania after quake

Ljubljana, 27 November - Slovenia has offered to send two aid coordination experts to Albania after the country was hit by a devastating earthquake on Tuesday. The two experts were to be sent to Albania as part of the EU's civil protection mechanism, but they have not been picked in the EU team for deployment.
