Women handballers starting world championship campaign

Fukuoka, 29 November - Slovenia will open their campaign at the World Women's Handball Championship in Japan's Kumamoto on Saturday in what will be their sixth appearance at such tournaments. Despite the team being depleted by injuries and cancellations, the goal is to advance to the main round, where 16 teams will be battling for the medal round.
