Joulwan on Slovenia's Key Role in the Region

Ljubljana, 3 April - SLOVENIA/NATO/JOULWAN
Supreme Allied Commander for Europe, U.S. General George Joulwan said Thursday in Ljubljana that Slovenia has a key role in the region not only because of its geographical position but because it serves as a model of transition for other nations in the region. After having met with Slovenia's political and military officials, gen. Joulwan told the news conference that both, military restructuring as well as democratization with economic reforms are going in the right direction in Slovenia.
