Demirel and Kučan for Stronger Slovene-Turkish Relations

Ljubljana, 3 April - SLOVENIA/TURKEY/KUČAN/DEMIREL
Turkey is supporting Slovenia's efforts to join NATO and Slovenia can count on Turkey's support also in future, Turkish President Suleyman Demirel told the news conference Thursday. Demirel and Slovene President Milan Kučan positively assessed the development of relations between both countries, agreeing they should be intensified and deepened, in the field of economy in particular.
