Paper warns about relativising human rights

Koper, 11 December - Following Human Rights Day, the regional newspaper Primorske Novice says in its Wednesday's commentary that the international day should be observed every day since we live in a time when human rights are relativised by making exceptions and perpetuating prejudices.
