Petrol shareholders expect explanations about management resignation

Ljubljana, 12 December - Shareholders of energy company Petrol will convene an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday following the resignation of the company's management in late October. The shareholders' meeting comes at the request of Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH), the custodian of state assets.
