Weapons act amendments pass first reading

Ljubljana, 18 December - Amendments to the weapons act passed the first reading in parliament on Wednesday in the midst of criticism regarding the proposal introducing stricter gun control for sports shooters, hunting officials and gun collectors. The second reading is expected to come up with revisions taking into account contentious parts.
