Dnevnik comments on appointment of likely new minister Mlinar

Ljubljana, 18 December - The newspaper Dnevnik comments on Wednesday on the country's likely new cohesion minister Angelika Mlinar, an ethnic Slovenia, who until last week did not hold Slovenian citizenship. Although Slovenia has had more than a hundred ministers appointed, a candidate has rarely caused such agitation, the paper says.
