Expert Meeting Marking World Health Day

At this year's World Health Day (7 April) the Health Protection Institute, helped by the Ministry of Health and Slovene Medical Association, prepared Monday an expert meeting and a round table titled Contagious Diseases Are Endangering Mankind: taking rapid precautions - constant readiness, which is the main topic of the 1997 World Health Day. Contagious diseases represent a threat calling for an immediate attention, particularly in times when people from all over the world are in contact with each other via international travells and trade.
