Delo says Slovenia should compensate for brain drain

Ljubljana, 27 December - The state is not able to prevent brain drain from Slovenia, because not all scientific disciplines and sub-disciplines can be developed at a sufficiently high level due to the country's small size, the newspaper Delo comments on Friday, adding the country should compensate for this with some measures.
