Primorski Dnevnik: Concrete Discussions (also) on Our Schools

Trieste, 9 April - PRESS/PRIMORSKI/DNEVNIK
"To make it clear: I am fully convinced that the Slovenes living in Trieste (Italy) need an educational secondary school and it has to be independent in order to develop its activities steadily and to carry out its specific curriculum employed to train people who would then bring up our children in their most sensitive years (nurseries and elementary schools), that is future members of ethnic minority," the Wednesday issue of Primorki Dnevnik writes, commenting a proposal by Trieste regional curator for education according to which the Anton Martin Slomšek educational secondary school in Trieste would become part of the France Prešeren scientific secondary school.
