Reporter says 2019 was another year of missed opportunities

Ljubljana, 30 December - Reporter says in its latest commentary that like the four years of the Miro Cerar government, the first year of the Marjan Šarec government was a year of missed opportunities, and that no serious reforms are expected in 2020, either, as the government operates on a day-to-day basis.
