Bank of Slovenia's Council on Custody Accounts and 1996 Bank Operations

The Council of the Bank of Slovenia discussed the implementation of new measurers in the field of foreign portfolio investments, focussing on the custody accounts. The Council pointed out again that a similar measure should be introduced for Slovene portfolio investments, Wednesday statement of Slovenia's central bank says. The statement is summarizing major decision and guidelines adopted by the Council at its 135th session on 8 April 1997.
