Ljubljana, 10 April - Slovene Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler and EU Ambassador to Slovenia Amir Naqui signed Thursday a memorandum on trilateral trans-frontier cooperation between Slovenia, Austria and Hungary in the framework of PHARE programme.
