Santer: Ratification of the Europe Accord a Precondition (1)

I bring two messages to Slovenia: first, the ratification of the Europe Accord is a precondition for the onset of negotiations for full membership; and second, small countries like Slovenia should not fear losing their identity in the EU, President of the European Commission Jacques Santer told a news conference Friday after meeting Slovenia's top officials in Ljubljana.
