EU Court of Justice rules Slovenia's lawsuit against Croatia inadmissible

Brussels, 31 January - The EU Court of Justice has decided that a lawsuit Slovenia has brought against Croatia over its refusal to implement the 2017 border arbitration award is inadmissible. The decision was delivered on Friday.
