Production of fermented dairy products up, cheese down in 2019

Ljubljana, 15 February - Almost 564,000 tonnes of cow milk were purchased from Slovenian farms last year. Slovenian dairies produced more fermented dairy products and less drinking milk, butter and cheese on 2018, shows the Statistics Office data released on Friday.
