Dnevnik cautious about change of Slovenia-Croatia ties under Milanović

Ljubljana, 18 February - As Zoran Milanović is inaugurated on Tuesday as Croatia's new president, the newspaper Dnevnik finds that it will be hard for him to deliver on his promise to improve relations with Slovenia, also because of his past actions.
