Statement of Parliamentary Parties in Support of NATO Entry

Ljubljana, 17 April - SLOVENIA/PARTIES/STATEMENT/NATO
Leaders of all parliamentary parties and deputies of Italian and Hungarian ethnic minorities signed a joint statement in Parliament Thursday, expressing "strong support" to Slovenia's integration into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. The purpose of the statement, says the preamble, is to help "Slovenia become an equal partner in establishing and consolidating peace, security and good-neighbourly relations as soon as possible".
