International Competitiveness Conference Open at Bled

Bled, 17 April - BLED/CONFERENCE/COMPETITIVNESS
Competition Centers and Business Institutes operating within the World Bank started a two-day conference at Bled, 80 km northwest of Ljubljana, on Thursday. The conference's main topic is international competitiveness - institutional strategies for the countries in transition. The conference, attended by over 50 participants from 15 Central and Eastern European countries, is organized by the recently established International Competition Center of Slovenia in cooperation with the Economic Development Center of the World Bank (USAID).
