Ljubljana, 18 April - There is no doubt that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) plays an important role in European countries in transition, particularly because EBRDs weight draws to cooperation in its projects other investors and is thus becoming a business centre with growing importance, the author states.
