Info commissioner critical of new ePrivacy Regulation proposal
Ljubljana, 6 March - Slovenia's Information Commissioner Mojca Prelesnik finds that the latest proposal on the EU's ePrivacy Regulation, recently put forward by the Croatian presidency, would open door wide to potential infringements of user rights due to business interests of providers of electronic communication services.
