Bad bank inquiry alleges wrongdoing in asset transfers
Ljubljana, 12 March - The parliamentary inquiry looking into the transfer of loans from banks to the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) in the wake of the 2013 bank bailout has pinpointed several instances of suspected abuse in its interim report, proposing the National Assembly report suspected abuse of office to law enforcement authorities.
