More Visitors in Slovene Casinos

Ljubljana, 22 April - CASINOS/PORTOROŽ/LIPICA
The Portorož and Lipica casinos recorded a 9.75 percent increase in the number of visitors in the January-to-March period, with their turnover going up nearly 5 percent. In 1996, both casinos performance was very good, members of management boards Boris Kovačič and Vlado Munda told journalists Tuesday. The 1996 turnover was by 4 percent higher, while 14,000 visitors more were registered over 1995.
