Slovenia reiterates support as EU greenlights accession talks for N Macedonia, Albania
Brussels, 24 March - After a series of setbacks, EU European affairs ministers agreed via videoconference on Tuesday to let Albania and North Macedonia begin accession talks. Slovenia's Foreign Ministry State Secretary Gašper Dovžan said that the step was a vital political signal for the region indicating a path to EU membership.
