Ray on Necessity of NATO Enlargement, Afanassievski Reiterates Moscow's Negative Position

Ljubljana, 25 April - Admiral Norman Ray, Assistant Secretary General of NATO, Friday in Ljubljana underlined that NATO enlargement would help anchor Central and East Europe to the stable democratic institutions of the West in his address to the participants of the conference on the role of Central and East European countries in Euro-Atlantic security.
