Primorske Novice says citizens should heed restrictions

Koper, 31 March - Following the strict new measures to contain the coronavirus epidemic, the newspaper Primorske Novice argues in Tuesday's commentary that instead of wondering who is to blame for ramping up the restrictions, Slovenians should follow the instructions.
