Annual inflation rate drops to 0.5% in March

Ljubljana, 31 March - Annual inflation rate in Slovenia dropped to 0.5% in March from 2% in February. The inflation was driven mainly by higher prices of food. On the monthly level, a deflation of 0.8% was recorded mainly due to lower electricity prices, the Statistics Office said on Tuesday.
