Slovenia among countries with fewest non-executed ECHR rulings

Ljubljana, 1 April - Slovenia has not yet implemented 13 rulings by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which makes it one of the countries with the lowest number of such rulings, the Justice Ministry said Wednesday as the Council of Europe released the annual report on the supervision of the execution of the court's judgements and decisions for 2019.
