Ahead of the Judgment in Cyprus Court

Ljubljana, 28 April - Proceedings before the Nicosia district court in a trial of Slovenia vs. Belgrade Bank Cyprus branch have come to a close. The two sides are given a month after the last hearing, which took place in April, to draw up their last final applications, whereupon the court will issue the judgment, Blanka Primec, director of the Slovene Succession Fund told the Slovene press agency STA. The judgment is expect to be issued in May.
