Primorske Novice sticks up for seamen

Koper, 16 April - The regional newspaper Primorske Novice says in Thursday's commentary that sailors across the world are key for keeping world trade humming even during times of crisis, and urges the government to consider this in its second stimulus package mitigating the economic fallout caused by the epidemic.
