Slovenia Against Abolishment of A1 and B1 Lists on 1 January 1999
Ljubljana, 30 April - Slovenia can not agree to abolish the A1 and B1 lists as this step would affect vital agricultural products, such as milk, meat and milk and meat products. The cancellation would indirectly influence mostly purchase prices and retail prices of these products in Slovenia; accordingly prices of some products would decrease as much as by half, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food reported.
