Premier Drnovšek Leaves for USA

Slovenia's Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek left for the United States on Friday to present, in next week's intensive talks with Administration and Congress senior representatives, Slovenia's expectations to join NATO in the first enlargement wave. Premier Drnovšek will also check American support to this priority of Slovene foreign policy, the prime minister's cabinet reported.
