Deflation recorded in April at annual and monthly levels

Ljubljana, 30 April - Consumer prices in Slovenia dropped by 1.2% in April compared to April 2019 and by 0.9% over March. Both the annual and monthly deflation rates mostly resulted from plummeting petroleum products, the Statistics Office (SURS) said on Thursday as it released the latest inflation figures.
